Great Britain included four individuals and five companies in the sanctions list against Russia, as well as the Department of Deep Wooden Research of the Ministry of Defense. The updated list is published (.pdf) on the website of the British government.
The list was the “daughter” of Rosneft Rosneft Marine UK LTD, the estimated non-bank credit organization Metallurg, LLC Orion Star Group, Autonomous Okrug and registered AE Valegro LLC-FZ.
The sanctions were also imposed against Metallurg and Igor Karasev related to Metallurg. In addition, Vladimir Oleg Tkach, who had British citizenship and Polish citizen, fell under restrictions. According to the British authorities, they managed a network of companies that supplied Russia with sanctions electronics.
At the end of May, Great Britain imposed sanctions against 18 ships from the “shadow fleet” transporting Russian oil. Then several financial organizations were included in the list-the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA), the St. Petersburg currency exchange, the social design agency, which was accused of misinformation campaigns in the interests of Russia, and the legal entity of VTB Bank.
