The heads of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, France and Great Britain plan to hold negotiations on a nuclear issue with their Iranian colleague on Friday, June 20, Reuters reports citing a German diplomatic source.

Negotiations will be held in Geneva. According to the interlocutor of Reuters, at first the ministers will meet with the head of European diplomacy Kaia Callas in the constant representative office of Germany, and then hold a joint meeting with the Iranian Foreign Minister.

In negotiations, ministers are going to convince the Iranian side to give firm guarantees that it will use the nuclear program exclusively for civilian purposes. According to the source, negotiations are held “together with the United States”, but who is represented by the American side is not specified.

The negotiations, according to the interlocutor of Reuters, will follow the "structured dialogue at the expert level."
