In Solnechnogorsk, a criminal case was instituted against former employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Maxim Chernyavsky, Kirill Titov, Yegor Gavrilin opened a criminal case of abuse of powers with the use of violence and storage of drugs on a large scale. This was reported by the "team against torture."

Also in the criminal case, their accomplice is mentioned by the name of Elizabeth, who is charged with the same articles, human rights activists note.

The court appointed Titov and Gavrilin the detention, Elizabeth - house arrest, Chernyavsky - "presumably, is on his own." Back in March, all the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were fired from the law enforcement agencies “for defaming the honor of action,” writes KPP.

The case against the police was opened after a complaint of 24-year-old Alexei Khasanov, who was accused of storing drugs. The man was detained in December 2024 - when he went to visit Elizabeth, whom he met on VKontakte.

Near the entrance of Khasanov, Chernyavsky, Titov and Gavrilin were detained - one of them, according to the man, participated in his detention in 2023 in the theft case.

“They threw me into the snow and put on handcuffs. After the blows, the policeman began to ask me: “What do I want to leave for? For distribution or storage?” I realized that he had in mind drugs. I did not answer and continued to say that I do not understand why I was detained, ”Khasanov quoted the KPP quoted.

Later, the detainee claims, he was put in the back pocket of jeans with drugs, wrapped in black isolation. The police took him out with the witnesses who "were already at the exit of the car," the human rights activists noted.

After the detention, Khasanov was sent under house arrest - he still has the status of the accused in the case of storage of narcotic substances.
