Germany intends to create a joint German-Israeli Center for the cyber leadership and deepen cooperation between the intelligence and power structures of the two countries, said the Minister of Internal Affairs of Germany Alexander Dobrindt, writes Bild.
Dobrindt came to a visit to the city of Bat-Yam near Tel Aviv, which suffered from Iranian missile strikes, and set out a plan of five points to create Cybercupol of Germany as part of its strategy of the cyberborne.
The plan includes strengthening the cooperation of the two countries in the field of cyberborne, strengthening civil defense and warning systems, expanding intelligence services and creating the Center for German-Israeli cyber-classes, and also provides that Germany should increase potential in counteratrox protection.
“Military defense itself is insufficient for a turning point in safety matters. To increase the overall defense capacity, it is also necessary to large -scale strengthening of civil protection, ”Dobrindt said in an interview with Bild.
The newspaper notes that Dobrindt, appointed by the new chancellor Friedrich Merz in May, became the first representative of the German government to visit Israel after the war with Iran.
