A resident of Khabarovsk was fined by the protocol on the demonstration of prohibited symbols due to commentary with the words "Glory to Ukraine" in Telegram

The Central District Court of Khabarovsk fined a local resident for 1,700 rubles according to the protocol on the demonstration of extremist symbols (part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the phrase “Glory to Ukraine”. This was reported by the press service of the court.

The protocol on a native of the city of Dalnerechensky in the Primorsky Territory was drawn up due to the commentary and publication in Telegram, which he made in March 2022. In February 2025, they were found by the operative of the Center for the "E" of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Khabarovsk Territory.

The court indicated that the phrase “Glory to Ukraine” was recognized as extremist as the symbolism of the prohibited “organization of Ukrainian nationalists”. The Khabarovsk citizen pleaded guilty and repented of his deed, added in court.

The Supreme Court recognized the “volunteer movement of the organization of Ukrainian nationalists” extremist in September 2022. In January 2024, the Ministry of Justice included the organization and its paraphernalia in the list of “Nazi” ones. The list also included the greeting “Glory to Ukraine”, as well as the answer to it “Glory to the heroes”.

In July 2024, the court in Moscow fined 10 thousand rubles Technological company Televor, which drew up a protocol on the demonstration of prohibited symbols due to the Wi-F I access point with the name SLAVA UKRANE at the Exhibition 2024. According to the security forces, in this way, the company's employees promoted the "slogan of Ukrainian nationalists."

In March of the same year, a student of Moscow State University Oleg Tarasov was arrested for 10 days, who created a Wi-Fi network in the hostel called Slava Ukraine ! It also made a protocol on extremist symbolism. The security forces then considered that the student called the access point "in order to propagate the slogan of Ukrainian nationalists."
