In Moscow, the vice president of Transneft Andrei Badalov died. This was reported by Kommersant and TASS , as well as the telegram channels Shot and Mash .

According to Shot , Badalov’s body was found under the windows of his apartments on Rublevsky highway. Telegram channels claim that he "fell out of the window." TASS calls the preliminary cause of his death suicide.

Badalov served as Transneft Vice President since 2021. Prior to this, he was the director of the Research Institute “Sunrise”, which is engaged in the development of automated systems, including GAS “Justice” and GAS “Elections”.
