In the Volzhsky, the satellite city of Volgograd, in the Park of Culture and Rest, next to the monument to the victims of political repression on the morning of July 2, they found the body of a man beaten to death. As the edition of v1.ru found out , it was a 33-year-old participant in the war in Ukraine Sergey Sibirichev.

Sibiricheva from Ramensky near Moscow was recruited to the war in the spring of 2024 shortly after the sentence, his wife told V1.ru. In January, Sibirichev was appointed eight years in a maximum security colony - he was found guilty of attempting to distribute 32 bookmarks with Mephedron. He said in court that he found a part -time job in a telegram.

“The man was repeatedly wounded, but again got into operation,” the journalists of his wife’s words retold. “Now <...> Sergey Sibirichev was on the next vacation.” Due to participation in the war, he was also awarded the Order of Courage.

Prior to the sentence and participation in the war, Sibirichev was the founder of the company in Ramensky, who was engaged in the sale of computers (now liquidated), and after, according to data leaks, he worked at the Ramensky meat processing plant. According to V1.ru , Sibirichev led a page on VKontakte under the name “Call Siberia” and published a photo there against the background of the storm detachment “Storm”, which was formed from prisoners.

The man came to Volzhsky to a friend-servant (before that they rested at sea). According to the source of v1.ru, in the evening of July 1, men celebrated the day of the war veteran and drank alcohol. Sibirichev was found dead the next morning: “The man was beaten, there are multiple damage on the body and head,” wrote eyewitnesses in the city public “Tin Volzhsky”.

The colleague of the murdered person was “detained in hot pursuit”, he “fully pleaded guilt and repented”, “however, he couldn’t name the cause of the conflict,” V1.ru notes.
