What really happened?

In 2020, on the highway near Belgorod, the Renault Fluence car knocks down two pedestrians in a hurry from bicycles. Their bodies are thrown onto the road. Leaving the scene of an accident?

Witnesses say: Yarkov remained at the scene of the accident, waited for the traffic police and left only at their request. “I did not consider myself a participant in an accident. I did not knock anyone down. I was told to remove the car - I removed, ”the convict claims. But the driver was still charged with leaving the place of tragedy. As evidence, the prosecutor attributed to the witness a word that he did not say.

The lawyer asked Yarkov to shake his beard before the court-because of this, the witnesses could not identify him. He also refused to call a key witness who could confirm that Yarkov did not leave the scene of the accident.
