Komlev was sent to a pre -trial detention center in March 2024, accusing the extremist community of participation (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). In the summer of the same year, she was added by the accusation of the spread of "fakes" about the Russian army based on hatred (paragraph "d" of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).
