How does Anapa live after a fuel oil spill?

In December 2024, two tankers crashed in the Kerch Strait, transporting more than nine thousand tons of fuel oil. As a result of the crash, almost four thousand tons of fuel oil poured into the Black Sea, which led to the largest environmental disaster on the coast.

The publication “Wind” talked with the inhabitants of Anapa, vacationers and volunteers about how the city lives after the spill of fuel oil - and what problems are those who live in Anapa or come there to rest. We publish a report of colleagues with their consent.
