Several publications were removed from the prosecution of the case of a 70-year-old pensioner from Tatarstan Valiakhmetov. This is reported by his relatives.

Initially, Valiakhmetov was accused of repeated discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code) due to five publications and justifying terrorism on the Internet (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) due to one publication in VKontakte.

In three publications, a psychological linguistic examination did not find signs of discrediting the armed forces. Another comment was not included in the final charge, since it was published when a court decision on the administrative case of a pensioner on discrediting (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) has not yet entered into force.

The article on the justification of terrorism Valiakhmetov was charged due to the placement of the video message of the Legion of Freedom of Russia to the Russians, the only remaining episode under the article on the discrediting of the army is due to a post in the Tatar language. In it, translated into Russian, among other things, the man wrote: “... globalization occurs on the globe, the boundaries are practically erased (for example, in Europe). Live wherever you want, buy land, house, open your business, etc. Still, for this you do not need to seize any country, create new borders <...>, destroying the cities, killing tens of thousands of people. So ordinary people do not need it. This separate grief turns out to be “politicians” only in order to show oneself, to boast of the fact that he did some kind of act using the lower human instincts of the scoundrels, and still sitting in power, playing with them. ”

The investigation is over, the case will soon be referred to the Central District Military Court.
