The Oktyabrsky District Court of Ulan-Ude appointed seven thousand rubles of a fine to a local entrepreneur Nadezhda Bratskova according to the protocol on the participation in the activities of an “unwanted” organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is stated in the Decree of July 14, to which the Mediazon drew attention to.
According to the security forces, Brandenkova posted in Storis her Instagram a video about the verdict of the Tomsk artist Tatyana Laletina , who was accused of Gosizmen for two translations to the Ukrainian Fund. The video was created by the Free Russia Foundation.
Bratenkov did not come to a court session. Her lawyer did not agree with the protocol and asked to stop the case.
The Free Russia Foundation is a non -state non -profit organization created by Russian emigrants in Washington in 2014. The Fund calls its goals the association of the Russian community abroad, “support for pro-Democratic forces within Russia” and work with Western expert communities. In 2019, the Ministry of Justice entered the fund to the list of “undesirable organizations”.
