The Kherson Regional Court, which was controlled by the Russian authorities, sentenced a 26-year-old resident of the Genic region Daria Pavlova to 12.5 years in a general regime colony in the Gosizman case (Article 275 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the press service of the court.
According to the prosecution, from May to August 2023, she “established contact” with an employee of the Ukrainian Security Service, after which, in the interests of Ukrainian intelligence, she “collected data on the locations of military equipment and personnel” of the Russian army, the Russian prosecutor's office reported.
“These data could be used to apply fire defeat to the location of the Russian military and other persons,” the court said.
