The Leninsky District Court of Kaliningrad today extended the measure of restraint to the lawyer Maria Bonzler, accused of cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign state (Article 275.1 of the Criminal Code). This is the project “Word of Protection” by her lawyer Ilya Sidorov.

Yesterday, during the court to extend the measure, Bonzler became bad against the background of hypertension. Her son, who was at the meeting, called an ambulance to the woman. The meeting was postponed.

“The judge postponed the meeting until this morning, despite our petitions to give time until Friday or at least before lunch. After all, yesterday the results of the tests were not even known, as well as the diagnosis of Bonzler and how for a long time she was left in the hospital in connection with her condition, ”said Ilya Sidorov.

The lawyer noted that Judge Mikhail Primak also did not allow the meeting for tomorrow. Until that time, the defender wanted to confidentially talk with Bonzler.

“Such a dialogue took place between us. Judge: “You [confidentially chat] could do in the hospital yesterday.” Me: “And how, if she had an urgent medical care yesterday? Did I need to interrupt her provision? Or first to coordinate this issue in court?!”, ”Said Ilya Sidorov.

Today, the court decided to consider the issue of extending the measure without the most investigative, although the defense side objected.

“I will note another egregious fact: how my client managed to tell me, on the eve of yesterday’s meeting, they again kept it on an hourly walk in the rain! Therefore, yesterday she felt bad even because of this. But finally in court, she became ill with serious chronic diseases due to terrible stuffiness in the hall, ”added Maria Bonzler's lawyer.

He also twice declared a discharge to the judge in connection with the bias and violation of the laws. But both times in consideration of the challenge were refused.

The son of Maria Bonzler Vyacheslav Medkov added that over the past two days it was not possible to find out what was with his mother.

“The convoy, which, because of it in this civilian hospital, is on duty around the clock, did not let me go yesterday or today further than the registry. <...> The FSINITS, for the first time barely seeing me in a medical institution, shouted at the local employees in full voice: “This is a son! Son! Her son! Do not let it go!”. But they not only do not let me go to my mother, but do not say anything about her, ”said Medkov.

Maria Bonzler was detained at the end of May and sent to a pre -trial detention center. According to investigators, a woman in 2024 "transferred the special services of an unfriendly state information about the employees of the power unit of the region, which became known to her by virtue of advocacy."

The Bonzler case is obvious, and a non -disclosure subscription was taken from a lawyer, so the details of the prosecution are unknown.

The FSIN employees regularly exert pressure on it without providing proper medical care. So, Bonzler “forgot” for an hour in a walking territory in the pouring rain. For about a month she was not handed over to the pre -trial detention center vital medicines (the lawyer suffers from increased pressure). Medications were given to her only a few days after the hypertensive crisis during a court session.

The woman also reported a meager diet in the Kaliningrad pre -trial detention center: “Here for breakfast and lunch porridge or pasta, for dinner of potatoes. That is, there are no fats and proteins at all, but this is bad. ”

In addition, only three liters of drinking water are given a Bonzler per week. In the pre-trial detention center, only carbonated is sold, and in a tap camera, technical water unusable for drinking flows.

On July 25, Maria Bonzler is still in a civil hospital for treatment. At night, she was handcuffed to the bed, and two policemen are constantly on duty in the ward, the human rights project “SPF” reports .

“There is a conviction that hospitals are pressed on the doctors in order to quickly return Mary to a pre -trial detention center. But they took the oath of Hippocrates. And if in the pre -trial detention center they forgot about her, then she really treated her here, ”the human rights activists are quoted by the words of lawyer Ilya Sidorov, who was able to visit Bonzler.

In addition, in the hospital, Bonzler continues to experience nutrition problems, since the hospital menu consists mainly of meat. Police officers forbid her to make programs due to the fact that, according to the lawyer, they are afraid of responsibility in case something happens to her.

Now the bonzler is installed by the SMAD device (daily monitoring of blood pressure). Profile doctors examined the lawyer and prescribed her treatment. Bonzler is also taken to the procedures in handcuffs.
