On July 28, the 2nd Western District District Court sentenced five young people from Moscow and the Moscow Region to the deadlines of up to 19 years in prison in the case of a terrorist community and an attempt to aim military equipment in Balashikha, a friend of one of the defendants told the OVD-Info. According to him, the case was the result of the provocation of the FSB agent.
21-year-old Anton Khripko was sentenced to 19 years in prison, of which he should spend the first four years in prison, and the remaining term in a maximum security colony. 23-year-old Sergey Korkhov, as well as 22-year-old Ilya Korkach and Ivan Silin received 16 years in prison, of which they should spend the first three years in prison. The minor defendant received four years in colony.
Khripko was accused of creating a terrorist community (part 1 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code), assistance to terrorism (part 4 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code) and involving a minor in criminal activity (part 4 of article 150 of the Criminal Code). The rest of the defendants were accused of participating in the terrorist community (part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code) and the passage of training to carry out terrorist activities (Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code).
None of the defendants pleaded guilty.
The investigation calls young people supporters of right -winging extremist ideology, who adhered to "radically negative views in the current political situation in the Russian Federation."
In the indictment, it is directly said that at the end of 2021, the FSB introduced, surrounded by one of the defendants in Korkhov, her agent Alexander Nemchikov. He had to portray a person of right -winging views, previously military service in special forces and having experience in participation in hostilities. A year before the introduction of the FSB agent, Korkhov was detained at the “Russian march” and fined under the article on participation in an inconsistent action (part 6 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The leader of the group is indicated by Khripko. According to investigators, after the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, a young man who considered himself an ethnic Ukrainian and was an adversary of war, created a terrorist community with the participation of the rest of the defendants. Khripko was at that time a college student, and Silin and Korkach studied at the Law Faculty of the All -Russian State University of Justice in the specialty of judicial and prosecutorial activities. Korkhov in 2022 graduated from college and was called up for military service. The minor person involved in the case at that time was 15 years old and he studied at one of the Moscow schools.
The indictment says that young people went to sports grounds together, where they were engaged in physical exercises, and also studied hand -to -hand combat and treating cold weapons. The investigation also indicates that from June 2022 to February 2023, the accused went several times to abandoned places where they learned to throw Molotov cocktails, handle the Makarov pistol and Kalashnikov’s gun, as well as conduct hostilities. In all these trips, Nemchikov, introduced by the FSB, participated.
According to the case file, Khripko instructed Korkhov to attract Nemchikov to the community in order to use his official and combat experience to teach the skills of handling weapons and conducting hostilities, and the FSB agent called the Korkhov agent to leave for the throwing of Molotov’s cocktails.
The decision to attract Khripko as the accused said that on the night of March 15, 2023 he set fire to a transformer substation on the railway in Balashikha. Before that, he discussed the arson with Nemchikov and allegedly invited him to participate in him. As a result, the FSB agent really went to the substation with him.
Then Khripko decided to set fire to military equipment in the military unit in Balashikha, the investigation claims. According to the decision, he “for the purpose of conspiracy” was devoted only to Nemchikov. On May 8, 2023, Khripko bought gasoline and a shovel for the slope to get into the territory of the unit, and met with Nemchikov. In the evening of the same day, when they were heading to the unit, they were detained by the FSB officers.
According to a friend of one of the convicts, the FSB agent provoked conversations on “terrorist” topics: he offered young people to look for sponsors in Ukraine, discussed possible terrorist attacks, criticized power and invasion of Ukraine. All conversations were recorded.
The interlocutor of the ATS-Info insists that Molotov’s cocktails were training in an abandoned building from Nemchikov, who recorded audio and video of what was happening. Then he showed Silin, Korkach and the minor defendant a gun, claiming that he was brought from Ukraine as a trophy, and suggested teaching them to treat weapons. Young people agreed and subsequently met with the FSB agent several times, repeating the techniques of handling weapons that he showed them.
According to the interlocutor of the ATS-Info, by December 2022, most of the defendants in the case stopped communicating with the FSB agent, and then among themselves. Corkhov, even before the detention, said that Nemchikov would make strange conversations of a radical nature, and therefore stopped communicating with him.
The FSB agent persuaded Khripko to set fire to military equipment in the unit in Balashikha, the interlocutor emphasizes.
In addition, he said that they exerted moral pressure during interrogations at the defendants, and during escort from pre-trial detention centers, the methods of psychological and physical impact were applied to them to them.
In March 2025, by 20 years in the case of arson on the railway in Yaroslavl, 24-year-old Ivan Khripko, the elder brother of Anton Khripko, was sentenced . He was found guilty of Gosizmen (Article 275 of the Criminal Code), attempt on sabotage (paragraphs “a”, “c”, part 2 of article 281 of the Criminal Code using part 3 of article 30 of the Criminal Code), training in sabotage activity (Article 281.2 of the Criminal Code) and illegal manufacture of explosives (part 1 of article 223.1 of the Criminal Code). According to the security forces, he acted "on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services." Ivan was detained in December 2023, seven months after the detention of his younger brother in the case of a terrorist community.
