The Supreme Court of Tatarstan fined 40 thousand rubles in the case of the rehabilitation of Nazism (part 4 of article 354.1 of the Criminal Code) A minor resident of Kazan, who was trying to put out the eternal flame. It is reported by Tatar-inform.
The case was opened in November last year. The video with minors published the telegram channel “Kazan on the maximum”. In the video, four teenagers warm their hands and indulge in the eternal flame. At the end of the video, one of them throws snow into the flame, after which it goes out.
Three participants in the incident did not reach 16 years - the minimum age of responsibility under this article. They recorded video messages with an apology.
