The Kirovsky District Court of Ufa sentenced the journalist RusNews to Olga Komlev to 12 years in a general regime in the case of the military "fakes" and participation in the FBC. It is reported by "Mediazona."

The case was considered closed. The prosecutorrequested a colony for a comal.

In March 2024, the security forces came home to Komleva in Ufa with a demand to appear for interrogation in a certain criminal case, but she was not awarded the agenda. Then the journalist decided that this may be due to the fact that she covered the course of the Baymak case, which was excited against the participants of the people's gathering in support of the Bashkortic activist Fail Alsynov.

Later, the security forces again came to Komleva, but already with the decision on the drive for interrogation in the case against the FBK as a witness. During the detention, the law enforcement officer invited the woman to collect primary necessity. When she asked if they were going to arrest her, the security officer refused to answer.

Already in the SK building in the Kirovsky district of Ufa Komleva, they charged in the case of the “extremist community” (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). The journalist was detained for 48 hours, and the next day they sent to a pre -trial detention center.

According to investigators, Komleva “voluntarily became part of the extremist community” “under the influence of propaganda of the extremist community of the FBK (“ Navalny team ”)”.

In July, Komleva added a new charge. This time she was charged with an article on the spread of military “fakes” based on political hatred (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). What was the reason for persecution under this article is still unknown.

In March of this year, Komleva’s husband spoke about harassment to the journalist by employees of the pre-trial detention center-1 Ufa. During the examinations, the overseer “felt her chest in the nipples [...] after a walk, she also ran her hands on her chest and nipples,” and later touched the buttocks of the prisoner. After publicizing in the media and complaints to the Prosecutor General’s Office of harassment ceased.

Komleva’s husband believes that this was connected with the claim, which the journalist filed to the BS-1 Ufa in December. She tried to challenge the censorship of letters and their incomplete delivery to the addressee.

15:54 In addition to the real term, the court appointed Komlevoy a five-year ban after the liberation to organize and participate in mass events, including socio-political, cultural, sports, meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets. This was reported by the press service of the courts of Bashkortostan.

For the same time, she is forbidden to administer sites. The court also appointed her a year of restriction of freedom.
