MAX messenger has become a mandatory service for visiting documents with electronic signature. So the authorities are trying to ensure the influx of the audience

All documents requiring electronic signatures will now be sent to users through the Max National Messenger, RBC writes with reference to the provisions of the Law on the National Messenger, which comes into force.

The new rules apply to individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs: the documents for them will first come to Max, and from there they must be independently sent to the “Gosklyuch” application for the signature, the publication notes.

For new rules, for example, the signature of documents from commercial systems, including real estate transactions or registration of SIM cards. Documents from the "State Services" will still come directly, without the participation of the messenger, they assured the mincifers.

Experts surveyed by RBC believe that in this way the authorities are trying to create a “unique function” in MAX, which will ensure the influx of the audience. Without a mandatory load, they admit, it is difficult to make a messenger massive.

• In mid-July, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved Max as an official messenger through which documents will be transferred. The service is managed by the company "Communication Platform" - daughter VK.

• The Russian authorities continue to forcibly introduce the "national" messenger. So, in six regions of the Russian Federation, school chats will be transferred to the new test, Kommersant said on July 28. The pilot project included Tatarstan, Mari El, Altai, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, as well as Vladimir and Tver regions.
