In the Tula region, against two 17-year-old adolescents, a criminal case of sabotage was opened as part of an organized group (part 2 of Article 281 of the Criminal Code), they were sent to a pre-trial detention center. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee.

According to investigators, on July 24, 2025, they set fire to a relay cabinet on the railway near the station of Aleksin.

“The boys acted at the direction of third parties, presumably from the Ukrainian special services,” the department said.

The Tula Office of the Ministry of Emergencies previously reported on the extinguishing of a transformer booth on July 24 on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street in the Sotskgorod microdistrict in Aleksin.
