Judge Mikhalev examined all three protocols in the absence of a kvast.

Mediazona also noted that the 11th protocol on the “propaganda of LGBT”, drawn up on the Quasta since the beginning of summer, was received in the court. On June 26, the same world plot fined Kvasta for 400 thousand rubles because of a comic book about the “Young Revolutionary of the Utan” on the Mangalib website.
