The Sevastopol City Court in the annexed Crimea sentenced 42-year-old Victoria Strilet and her 24-year-old daughter Alexander, accused of state treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code), to 12 years old. This was reported by the prosecutor's office of the city.
According to the security forces, Alexander Strilet for the remuneration “decided to conduct confidential cooperation” with representatives of Ukraine “against the security” of Russia and attracted the mother to this.
In September 2023, the prosecutor’s office claims, the girl transferred “the controlled by the GUR of the MOU Channel” in the unnamed messenger photographs of the objects of the Armed Forces of Russia, which her mother made. Alexander and Victoria Strilets were detained by the FSB Office in the Black Sea Fleet. When this happened, it is not specified.
Judging by the court website, he registered the Striel case on June 16 and examined it for one meeting. Together with the 12-year term, mother and daughter were appointed by the year of restriction of freedom. The prosecutor's office indicated that they were taken into custody in the courtroom.
In early June, the FSB reported the detention of two residents of Crimea suspected of collecting information about the facilities and military personnel of the Black Sea Fleet. The department claimed that one of them handed over to the Ukrainian special services the coordinates of the field warehouse of fuel and lubricants in the military unit, and this information was needed to strike the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
