The participants put forward several requirements - to cancel the fines for the search for “extremist materials”, abandon the locks of foreign social networks and stop constant disconnection of the Internet. According to the organizers, they said a rally on the city esclanade, but the administration allocated only the site on Vedeneev Street far from the center - "obviously, frightened by the opinion of the people's opinion."
