The ex-employee of the administration of Bashkortostan was included in the list of "terrorists and extremists"

Convicted in the case of the military “fakes” of the former chairman of the Public Chamber of Bashkortostan and Deputy Head of the Republic of Rostislav Murzagulov was included in the list of “terrorists and extremists” of Rosfinmonitoring. RIA Novosti drew attention to this.

Probably a new business was brought to him. The name Murzagulov was marked with an asterisk - this is how the defendants in criminal cases initiated by terrorist articles are noted on the list. Earlier, this case was not reported to Murzagulov.

In July, the ex-official was sentenced in absentia to the eight years of the general regime in the case of the distribution of “fakes” about the Russian army (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) and evading the duties of “foreign agent” (part 2 of article 330.1 of the Criminal Code).

This case was excited because of the video about the actions of the Russian army and the publication of materials without a "foreign" dick.

In December 2022, the Ministry of Justice introduced Murzagulov to the register of "foreign Agents". Shortly before that, he himself filed a lawsuit against the inaction of the Ministry of Justice. The former official in the lawsuit demanded to recognize himself as an “foreigner”. After included in this list, Murzagulov was repeatedly fined by the protocols on the non -fulfillment of the “foreign” legislation.

In the spring of 2025, the ex-official said that he filed an application for the Freedom of Russia Legion.

• In 2010–2011, Murzagulov was deputy head of the administration of the President of Bashkortostan. In December 2020, he headed the Public Chamber of the Republic, but left this position in 2021. After the start of the war in Ukraine, Murzagulov left Russia and began to work in the projects of Mikhail Khodorkovsky.
