"I understood that this event is dangerous"

The left activist Ruslan Abasov in the struggle for the right to live, as he wants, sat in prisons of three different countries. He told Ilya Azar about his adventures

The activist of the Left Bloc Ruslan Abasov had four criminal cases behind him, but for the first time he got into prison after Fayer lit a fire and deployed a banner “Happy Chkista” in Moscow in December 2021 with his associates. Already during the war in Ukraine, Abasov was released, and he left for Montenegro. In the Balkans, Abasov managed to sit in prison in both Croatia and Montenegro, after which he ended up in Serbia, where he works as a guard in a casino. Ilya Azar recorded in Belgrade a monologue of a passionate activist-Marxist Abasov about his stormy past and foggy plans for the future.

Young, hot and impudent

Ruslan Abasov came to politics at a young age - joined the “left block”, and was in the Communist Party of the Communist Party. Due to the explosive nature (in the “Left Bloc” he was nicknamed the “Tiger”) on Abasov by 2021, four criminal cases were opened at once, although for some reason he still remained free.

At the school in history lessons, I became interested in the civil war and the Soviet period. I was then 12 years old, and at first the white ones were impressed. But I began to read Wikipedia and realized that I really like the ideas of the then Communists, their slogans, and generally the policy of their organization. I began to read even more, delve into and imbued with left ideas, gradually became more and more convinced Marxist.

In August 2017, they wrote to me from the Left Bloc, I read about this organization, I liked its slogans and the concept of self -organization. We met talked, I said that I was just coming into an active policy, I was not actively engaged in anything. I joined the Left Bloc, and the more we cooperated, the more I liked that I was in it.

In 2021, I had four criminal cases at the same time. One - for robbery (Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 2) was excited in May 2020, the second for an attack on a police officer (Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in July of the same year. If this all corresponded to reality, then I doubt that I would go under the subscription about the lower room.

But it was just a fabrication of police affairs of personal hostility to ruin my life,

- Then I finished school, with the receipt of the problem, they would like to close me or at least spoil me raspberries.

The robbery was charged with the fact that during a quarrel, which lasted more than one day, I beat one of the employees of the police department in the Leninsky district of the city of Vladimir. He beaten well. Offended garbage, respectively, thought that this was a great moment to take revenge, and acted meanly, calling the police.

A PPS outfit arrived, which drew up a protocol that I was not just [a policeman], but also extorted a NEXT cigarette worth 122 rubles from him. Funny! I was detained, interrogated, I took the 51st article [ the Constitution of the right not to testify against myself ], and in a day I was released on a recognizance not to leave.

The situation was actually unpleasant as possible: apparently, due to the fact that the police officer suffered, the Investigative Committee was connected. Three months later, I was called there again and detained that I cursed too loudly in the building. They love this practice. They brought me to a special -reception, put me in a camera, and in the morning an investigator came in my criminal case and said that I should plead guilty. I refused, they let me go in the evening, and then the case went safely into the archive, because it is not that with him to court, you cannot go to the prosecutor’s office. And there would be evidence, then I think I would still sit in the Vladimir Central.

[The case under the 318th article is also a result] of a household conflict. The cops loved me very much for any garbage. You literally leave the entrance, and there are garbage, which immediately fit and find a reason to arrest. For example, because I went out without a mask or without a passport. They say that it is urgent to establish my identity, check for a crime, check for non -payment of fines ...

Usually I sat for a day or a day and a half in the special receiver, and then I was released. Two to three times a month, I was sitting in a special detention center.

In principle, I always sent them, but then I had to [go to the department] with them. And what else can I do when two come to me, sometimes three armed people? At that time, they came up to me and started an ordinary barrel organ: “Hello, your documents. Do you have a passport? Let's go. You need to establish your personality. "

But I was out of spirit and said that I would not go anywhere. They began to use power to me, put on handcuffs, and one of the police officers began to try to drag me. I did not drag, and the second - an idiot - made me a bandwagon. I fell. When he fell, he knocked him down, and, accordingly, a small gimp began, from where there is a photograph in which I have the soul of a police officer.

For this incident, the offended garbage rolled a statement, although it was ridiculous even to the operas in the department, which bought two PPSniks. They had to call an outfit. Four more foreheads arrived on UAZ, all together twisted me. During all this action, I still cut my hand very much, I was taken to an ambulance to sew my hand, but I ran away from there. True, two hours later they found me again. It was boring!

Both articles have no real grounds. There was no robbery, but according to the 318th, some kind of damage to the health of the policeman was inflicted, the fact of the blows towards the policeman was, but it was within the framework of self-defense, because they initially exceeded the powers, putting the footboard.

There were still two Moscow affairs, both in vandalism. The first is for a broken stop with advertising amendments to the Constitution and for a broken turnstile during a fight near the metro. But this is the 214th [article of the Criminal Code], a punishment of up to three months in prison, so I do not even consider it a full criminal.

The investigation of Abasov’s affairs was suspended, but in 2022 it was resumed, and in 2023 the activist was arrested in absentia and put on the international wanted list .

[Yes, it is strange that with four criminal cases] I went free, but I am more inclined not to my parents' ties ( Abasov’s father is a businessman from Dagestan, mother is a lawyer. - Ed. ), And to the fact that I was just lucky. It happens. The set of factors led to the fact that, having four criminal cases, I felt normally and my rights and freedoms were not limited in any way.

On charges of cooperation with the police

In his native Vladimir Ruslan, he was accused of the fact that during the protests in support of Alexei Navalny in 2021, he assisted police officers, acting in the role of the detainees understood in the inspection of the detainees.

Were the first days of February 2021, at that time I was in a special -reception, was serving ten days of administrative arrest for driving drunk. At this time, rallies passed, there were a lot ( for Vladimir. - Approx. Ed. ) Detained people, a person of 30–40 at least. Some of them were brought to the special receiver, and when I found out about all this, I went into the duty officer - it was young, hot and arrogant - and said that I want to be present when the inventory of seized things, explain to people where they are and what is happening in order to be done according to the law to explain their rights.

Just garbage is a vile cohort that will drag everything, if possible. Headphones, charging, sometimes even cigarettes. I sat in specialists - I know.

Then I put the garbage before the fact that I would be there, [made it clear] that I would not fuck, that they think on this issue. I was brought there, and I began to control how the detainees protesters are withdrawn. As a result, it turned out with each detainee to work according to the law, as expected.

The guys from the headquarters of Navalny [who were detained for shares] did not ask any questions, they simply handed over things. They thought that I came there as a witness, they did not understand that I myself was under arrest.

Then the screeching rose that I collaborated with the police, although I collaborated with the protesters. It was not interesting for me that [employees of the headquarters of Navalny] wrote there, because the entire headquarters combined did not have such a struggle with the police as mine. Talking about my cooperation with organs is just stupidity. Kindergarten.

Chekist's Day

In December 2021, several activists of the Left Bloc staged a action near the FSB building in Moscow. They timed her to the day of security officers, lit fireers and deployed a banner “Happy Chkista Day”. One of the participants threw Fayer through the fence, which, most likely, led to the initiation of a criminal case, in which Abasov and his ally Lev Skoryakin were arrested.

We repeatedly discussed [the action], and I proposed to make it at the police building, but there was a vote, and the majority decided that since it was in honor of the day of the state security organs, the FSB building is better. I had to obey the opinion of the majority.

I understood that this event was dangerous, understood all the risks. I initially came to politics, having no great illusions. When the pressure began, then criminal prosecution, it became clear that sooner or later it would end in this way.

But since I am a person who is convinced of his views, as fundamental as possible, ideological, the topic that in four criminal cases, one more may be fatal, was not very interested in me. For me, always my views, beliefs, principles were more important. We fought for a good business.

As Navalny returned to Russia, despite the obvious [consequences], so we went to this action.

[For promotions] I held a banner, but I was with an open face, and from the photographs and videos it was clearly visible who had a fire and who threw it. This was obvious to everyone, including employees of criminal proceedings, but this was not interested in the courts to choose a preventive measure and to extend the arrest. The judges always removed this issue from the discussion, because he did not belong to the essence of the issue under consideration, that is, the content of the detention is discussed without reference to whether the fact of a crime was. Vile, but like that!

About 15 days in intensive care

At the end of April 2022, in a pre -trial detention center, I felt badly, asked the doctors of the pills, but they didn’t take me anywhere, they didn’t give anything. Then I lost consciousness, then they already brought me to a medical center. I [as it turned out] was meningitis: my legs, my left hand, my face were paralyzed, I could not talk. I could not take the thermometer in my hands, dropped it onto the couch, lay down and closed my eyes. I woke up only five days later in intensive care: hands in handcuffs, legs are tied. I was generally scared that I became a disabled person.

Everything was overlooking me, there were severe pain, because I was tied so that I could not move. I was very unhappy, asked the doctor to unfasten me, but he said that he had no right. The nurse said that everything hurts me, because I am a drug addict, although I did not smoke anything heavier than grass in life. So - fastened to the bed - I spent 15 days, just lay and looked at the ceiling - there are no books, there is nothing, the lawyer and loved ones do not know where I am.

In July 2022, Abasov and Skoryakin unexpectedly replaced the arrest in the pre -trial detention center for a ban on certain actions. Abasov says that this happened not only due to the lack of evidence of his involvement, but also due to active work and outstanding professional qualities of lawyers-Sasha Salamov and Zhenya Grigoryeva.

Croatian barrier

After the release from the pre -trial detention center in October 2022, Abasov left for Montenegro, and in 2023 he decided to move to the European Union. It is interesting that they still wanted to condemn the “Chekist Day” that had left for Kyrgyzstan Skoryakin that they stole in Bishkek and took it to Russia. True, in the end, the court only sentenced him to a fine, from which he was released at a pre -trial detention center.

I understood that Montenegro is not so safe, and it was difficult to legalize there, because I had no reason for a residence permit.

Life in Montenegro I no longer exported either morally or financially. They promised me a French visa, but the promises were empty, and it was too long to do German.

Through Bosnia, I drove into Croatia and asked for political asylum there, but everything turned out sadly. On the grounds incomprehensible to me, I was placed in a closed refugee camp - in fact, just in a deportation prison. I existed there is separate from the Arabs and Pakistanis, read books and watched films, everything was quite correct. I saw cases of violence, but rather when the Arabs themselves fought. Croatian policemen did not observe assault.

Although there were police officers who were poorly tuned to the Russians, as it happens with the Croats. They asked: "Why are you bombing Ukraine?" I replied: "Friends, I bomb Ukraine is not me, I am against all this topic." But then they turned on another section, they called a coward that escaped from the army. The Balkans are very fond of the topic of war: everyone has an infringed national pride. The Croats - because they were beaten by the Serbs, at the Serbs - because they were beaten by NATO, their civil war is still in trend.

I sat in Croatia for six months: I was forced to refuse protection, threatened with deportation. But from the EU there is no deportation to Russia, and after I told them that I am not scared, three employees of the Croatian Security Service and translator came to me. They put the papers on the table and said: “Look, we suspect you of storing weapons, in children's pornography, the promotion of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and membership in a radical Islamic organization.”

It's just nonsense! I am an absolutely unbeliever person, especially Islam is unsympathetic to me, I warmly support the Jewish people, I have many Jewish friends, my roots are Lezgins, and there are many Jews among Lezgin, and I have a Jewish part in my family.

The Croats said that they have serious evidence, but when the lawyer asked them to show, they replied: "This is secret information - it will be at the trial." The only thing I know for sure is that the propaganda of hatred for Ukraine arose because of the photograph where I in Belgrade indicate the Russian flag on graffiti.

But this is a sarcastic photograph, a stem over the rashists. Before that, I had posts in defense of Ukraine, against the war ( Abasov shows me another post with the image of a destroyed house in the Dnieper and the signature of “Rashi scum” and says that this is very poorly similar to the propaganda of the Russian invasion. - Ed. ).

I treated this very scrupulously and even from a Russian prison I wrote anti -war notes. The Croats were pulled out of the context and put forward this photograph. They just came up with pornography. I have photos with women, of course, but they are dressed, cultural and adults. Where did pornography, Islamism and weapons come from - it is incomprehensible.

I am a Russian migrant, without a penny in my pocket. Well, how will I fight the Croatian security service? I would have checked with them, but all this time I would have to sit in a deportation prison. And I still sat in Russia for anything. I was morally tired of this, and I did not want to sit anymore.

Therefore, I said that I refuse a request for protection if they give me to go to Bosnia. They said: “Not a question,” they brought to the border and left there. I waited on the border of the bus to Sarajevo, and the next day I went to Montenegro, where there are friends, and the contacts of the workers.

Subsequently, the Croatian court in the city of Zagreb rejected Abasov’s appeal and recognized the decision to be deported to Bosnia and a five -year ban on entering the European Union.

House with drugs

In Montenegro Abasov, soon, in 2024, he also ended up in prison - this time on charges of selling and storing drugs, storing weapons and causing serious bodily harm.

In February 2024, in the city of Bar, my friend and I returned about two in the morning by car from the store. The road police stopped us, the driver blew - he was drunk. Because of this, we began a discussion, they drew up a protocol, tried to take a person to draw up to the department. The man did not speak serbian, they did not speak English, and I was involved in this situation because I translated all this movement ( in a couple of years of wandering in the Balkans of Abasov, he said, more or less mastered the Serbo-Khorvat language.- Ed. ).

The police began to insist on conducting a drug test of my comrade, and I explained that we want in a good way that he was just a tourist that recently arrived, I offered to pay a fine on the spot, but they refused.

Then we simply offered them money - they say that it works in Montenegro - but they refused again, we have a conflict, and they called the usual police. Those laid us on the hood, broke their hands in handcuffs and started a search in the car. They found and seized the gas gun of the pioneer brand. Based on this, we were taken to the police station where the case was initiated for storing firearms and explosives.

The gun was my friend, but I naturally said that it was mine, because the police came due to the fact that I talked with high-tones with traffic police. Я не хотел подставить человека, ведь хоть я изначально вписался за косяк другого человека, но пистолет-то из-за меня нашли.

Пистолет был газовый, а это как перцовый баллончик — просто облако газа. Ничего криминального абсолютно, он везде легален. Естественно, я начал возмущаться, восставать против такого беспредела (Абасов говорит, что после экспертизы, признавшей, что пистолет — не огнестрельный, дело закрыли. — Прим. ред. ).

Меня никто не слушал, и нас оставили на ночь в участке. На основании изъятого пистолета суд дал ордер на обыск помещения, где мы проживали. При обыске было изъято 82 грамма марихуаны.

Трава употреблялась совместно, но я не хотел никого подставить. Во-первых, одному по делу идти всяко лучше, чем организованной группой. Во-вторых, по понятиям человечности, это моя вина. Почему из-за меня должны страдать другие люди? [Я взял вину на себя] и отъехал на тюрьму.

Об истории про нанесение тяжкого вреда здоровью

Что касается тяжкого вреда здоровью, то это дело было еще от конца сентября 2023 года, и оно просто присовокупилось к новым двум. Меня арестовали за то, что я избил гражданина Черногории в городе Цетинье — сломанный нос, два ребра. Это имело место быть, но это была самооборона.

Мой товарищ работал по найму без договора в Черногории, и начальник не заплатил ему зарплату за последнюю рабочую неделю. Человек работал добросовестно на этого черногорского ханжу, мы начали разговаривать, но закончилось тем, что пришлось применить метод более весомый, чем слова. Кроме показаний пострадавшего, у них на меня ничего не было, а в Черногории на основании одних только показаний пострадавшего невозможно человека осудить.

Черногорский централ

В центральном СИЗО в Подгорице на самом деле был цирк. В России, когда заезжаешь в тюрьму, тебе выдают гигиенический набор, постельные принадлежности, полотенце, миски, а в Черногории — ничего, в лучшем случае от выехавшего человека остаются матрас и подушки.

Когда я заехал, пришлось драться, доказывать право на личное пространство. Я, на самом деле, человек корректный, я никогда никого не третирую и не нарушаю первым ничьи границы. Но за себя я постоять готов, и постоять жестоко. За 11 месяцев у меня только по дисциплине тут было три взыскания.

Если в России мы привыкли к какой-то организации тюремной жизни, привыкли к понятиям, к порядку, то в Черногории этого нет. Там просто хаос, беспредел. Есть хаты, где сидят нормальные люди и поддерживают порядок из людских понятий. А в хатах, где неблагополучный элемент, по 10–12 человек в камере. Цыгане, алкаши, наркоманы — это кошмар. Как в американских фильмах, все кричат, дерутся, постоянно какая-то суета.

Нас с украинцами и одним белорусом было 15 человек по всей тюрьме. Были ребята, кто сидел в нормальных адекватных камерах, а были и те, кого били и заставляли убираться. Мне рассказывали, что такое не только в отношении русских, но и в отношении сербов и албанцев. Нас там дискриминируют, угнетают и унижают наше достоинство по национальному признаку — мы писали коллективное заявление правозащитникам.

Если идет прессинг в отношении русских со стороны местных черногорцев, то сотрудники СИЗО просто умывают руки. Я сам видел, как один парень на вечерней поверке пожаловался на то, что его бьют и заставляют убираться, а полицейский в ответ просто ударил его в голову. В России я за семь месяцев в Бутырке ни разу не видел случая насилия со стороны сотрудников. Хотя в колониях это, конечно, имеет место быть .

Русская хата

Сначала я привел в порядок собственное положение — после пары драк смог защитить свои границы. В хате у меня были хорошие отношения со всеми людьми, никаких проблем больше не было.

Потом у нас появилась возможность на месте медицинского корпуса, который переехал в отдельное здание, получить собственную русскую хату.

С нами сидел человек весьма серьезный и состоятельный, Виталий Гречин . Американский коммерсант украинского происхождения, который финансировал избирательную кампанию Барака Обамы, был несколько лет финансовым советником при президенте ( на самом деле при Демократической партии. — Прим. ред. ).

Кто такой Виталий Гречин

Он ( Виталий Гречин — Прим.ред. ) был арестован по ложному обвинению в октябре 2023 года. Якобы за торговлю людьми, но ситуация была такая: он и его друзья приехали отдохнуть в Черногорию, сняли целый этаж в самом дорогом отеле. С ними приехали девчонки из Белоруссии, Украины, России, что на постсоветском пространстве частая практика: студенткам платят за билет, отдых и тусовки.

Был же скандал с голыми девчонками в Дубае — это как раз были девчонки Гречина. Он тогда полтора месяца провел в дубайской тюрьме. В Черногорию ребята просто приехали отдохнуть, провести неделю на Хэллоуин. Но через несколько дней к ним приехали люди от начальника полиции Тивата и сказали довольно прямо: «Виталий, заплатите 5 миллионов евро, если хотите отдыхать и делать что угодно, а иначе будут проблемы».

Виталий послал их куда подальше, а через два дня арестовали его, еще двух украинцев, одного россиянина и 15 девушек. Девушек держали голыми в полицейском отделении, давали им пощечины, продержали почти двое суток без еды и воды, после чего они под давлением полицейских подписали протоколы, в которых они называют себя жертвами.

Гречин проплатил две камеры — с нами сидел его подельник, у нас в камере было шесть человек, у него — четыре. Русские и украинцы вместе. Мы жили очень дружно, и никогда у нас никаких проблем, связанных с войной, не было. Друг друга поддерживали морально, мы с ребятами и сейчас на контакте.

Мы корректно обращались к сотрудникам, полностью выполняли распорядок, не делали ничего незаконного. Скажу больше: мы за свои деньги хату обустроили, ведь, когда приехали, стояла жара 40 градусов, а там были голые стены, даже вентилятор не обеспечили. Мы купили кондиционер, телевизор, плитку, DVD-плеер, Sony Playstation( по словам Абасова, в камере можно иметь только вторую ее версию, выпущенную еще в 2000 году. — Прим. ред. ).Там я понял, что мы можем в кооперацию, что меня радует как человека, связанного с политической деятельностью.

Но потом — не понимаю почему — началась какая-то хрень со стороны тюремной администрации, и к нам начали подсаживать мутных людей. Сначала черногорского педофила — там по материалам дела ясно, что он виноват, да и он сам признал. Естественно, следующие полтора дня мы занимались только тем, что выгоняли его с хаты. В ответ на это залетели мусора и провели полный шмон.

С этого момента [надзиратели] начали творить беспредел и нам закидывали цыган, бомжей, неадекватных людей.

Как выехал педофил, заехал человек с психическими отклонениями. Мы его накормили, одели в чистое, искупали, шампунь дали. Ему, правда, пришлось спать на полу, потому что не было кровати, но в Черногории это не зашквар. Следующие два дня он сидел на стуле и ничего не говорил, а потом вдруг встал, подошел к телевизору, взял DVD-плеер и бросил его об стену.

Чтобы вы понимали, DVD — это очень важная вещь в тюрьме, это фильмы и музыка, это полдня досуга! Естественно, мы такому раскладу были не рады, человека наказали физически и выкинули из хаты. Сразу залетел шмон, товарища, который стоял ближе всех к двери, избили.

Последний неадекват — ветеран балканской войны — ударил нашего товарища сковородкой по голове. Мы его, естественно, избили, чтобы защитить порядок и безопасность нашей камеры, после чего полицейские разбили телевизор, меня перевели в другую камеру, а потом и остальных начали расселять. Так закончилась история русской хаты в Черногории.

Deportation

Меня осудили за марихуану на 11 месяцев. Пришлось заключить договор со следствием о признании вины, потому что срок предварительного следствия в Черногории 3,5 года. Человек просто сидит всё это время в СИЗО, и я пошел на сделку со следствием, просто чтобы оттуда выйти.

Не успел я выйти за ворота, как меня приняли полицейские и повезли к инспектору по иностранцам. Здесь было грубое нарушение закона, потому что перед моим выходом мне обязаны были доставить в тюрьму мои вещи и паспорт.

Но этого не случилось, и у инспектора я проходил как лицо, не имеющее документов, как нелегальный мигрант. Меня поместили в депортационный центр. Я еще получил неадекватный запрет на въезд на пять лет, хотя находился в стране легально, а свои действия я нарушением закона не считаю, потому что это [хранение и продажа марихуаны] не преступление против безопасности человека.

Когда приехал адвокат с моим паспортом, мы начали покупать билеты. Они вынуждали меня покупать билет до России, но это не страшно, потому что на пересадке я бы уже стал свободным человеком. В итоге я просто купил билеты в Сербию.

На рейс меня зачем-то привели под конвоем и сняли наручники только на паспортном контроле. Представитель авиакомпании увидел наручники и сказал, что не может меня посадить в самолет. Теперь я в черном списке Air Serbia как человек, угрожающий общественной безопасности. В итоге в Сербию я улетел самолетом Air Montenegro.

Сербский рай

Буквально сразу, как приехал в Сербию, я повстречался с людьми, походил туда-сюда, нашел работу. Сначала одну, потом вторую. Сейчас тружусь в сфере охраны — в казино. Попутно стараюсь уделять время политическим мероприятиям, по возможности посещаю мероприятия, которые здесь проводит русская оппозиция. Активно слежу за политической жизнью в России, продолжаю публицистикой заниматься — писал по поводу второго места «Альтернативы для Германии», на годовщину терактов в «Крокус Сити Холле», подводил людей к мысли о том, что заявления спецслужб в России про безопасность государства и людей — это фикция, пыль в глаза, а на самом деле у них совершенно другие интересы.

Я стараюсь общаться с теми, кто остался в России, и быть в курсе того, что там происходит, ведь в эмиграции оппозиционеры часто отрываются от действительности и начинают жить в своих фантазиях. Как, например, наши друзья с правительством в изгнании, где у них даже Шульман какой-то пост занимает. It's funny.

Слежу и за протестами в Сербии , которые выглядят ярко и интересно. Я случайно попадал на них, но целенаправленного участия не принимал, потому что не настолько поддерживаю требования протестующих, — только в части наказания причастных к трагедии [в Нови-Саде]. Режим Вучича я считаю приемлемым для Сербии и не считаю нужным сейчас менять правительство.

В национальные сербские интересы не входит евроинтеграция — сербам это не нужно. И, соответственно, в этом вопросе наши интересы с ними совпадают. Нам — русскому этносу в Европе — нужна безопасная и относительно доступная страна для проживания, а сербам нужно суверенное и полноценное государство. При Вучиче все мы получаем желаемое.

Демократия, к сожалению, бывает только в книжках. Да, в Европе любят говорить про права человека, про демократию, но это часто не соответствует действительности. Мы это видим на примере Румынии , Германии или Франции , где есть свои приколы. Не путинские, конечно, но заставляющие усомниться в том, насколько правдивы заявления [политиков] про власть народа.

Да, у меня изначально было желание двигаться в Европу, но не было и фонтанирующего энтузиазма. Я коммунист, и у нас традиционно отношение к европейским буржуазным государствам негативное. Я считал, что в ЕС как минимум безопасно, но после моей истории в Хорватии и опыта других ребят в Болгарии передумал. Вот Владислав Ариничев вышел на пикет в мою поддержку, за что его задержали, дали штраф в четыре тысячи евро и посадили в СИЗО на 106 дней! Отпустили только, когда подключились правозащитники.

На самом деле государство Вучича сильно демократичнее той же Германии. Жить тут комфортнее и свободнее, Вучич не закручивает гайки, чтобы стало как в России. Сербия, в отличие от той же Германии, позволяет мне без проблем жить и снимать жилье: не нужно собирать 1000 справок, просто заплатил деньги и живешь. То же самое с работой: не нужно получать рабочую визу и всё такое. Ну и сербский менталитет похож на наш русский, культура примерно такая же.

Я зарабатываю достаточно, чтобы жить нормально, чтобы откладывать на будущее. С родителями созваниваемся пару раз в месяц. Мою деятельность политическую они не поддерживают, они люди, так скажем, консервативные — Партия Родина, Владимир Владимирович, «Вечер с Владимиром Соловьевым» и другие приколы. Но вопросы политики мы стараемся не трогать, а просто обсуждаем, что нового, всё ли нормально.

Про легализацию наркотиков

Абасов — сторонник легализации употребления и продажи легких наркотиков, о чем он сам открыто везде рассказывает.

Дискуссия по поводу легализации ведется давно. В 90-е были соответствующие организации, проходили митинги с призывами легализовать, но, к сожалению, всё осталось на уровне андеграунда, на уровне пары десятков фриков. Я же сторонник того, чтобы эту концепцию выводить на совершенно другой уровень и интегрировать ее в нашу повседневную политическую работу. Как завещал Владимир Ильич Ленин, слова обязывают к делам, поэтому я стараюсь программу претворять на практике.

Для оппозиционеров легализация марихуаны — это мощный инструмент борьбы с путинским государством. Алкогольные монополии, которые контролирует российский режим, является для него важным источником дохода. Таким образом, продавая каннабис, мы забираем деньги у государства, которые будут недополучать алкогольные монополии.

Плюс это в интересах безопасности общества, потому что употребление марихуаны банально безопаснее, ведь она менее токсична. Спирт же буквально сводит людей с ума, и каждое третье преступление в России совершается в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, а в состоянии опьянения марихуаной совершаются преступления настолько единичные, что по ним даже нет отдельной статистики.

Поэтому проект интересен как с точки зрения гуманитарной миссии, так и с точки зрения политической борьбы.

До закрытия «Левого блока» я оставался его членом. Закрылась организация уже во время войны из-за того, что политикой в России стало заниматься практически невозможно. Дальнейшая деятельность не имела смысла и подвергала опасности людей. И если я и разочаровался во многих представителях левого движения, то точно не в самой левой идее.

Эти представления о том, как должно быть устроено российское государство и общество, мне не кажутся чем-то фантастическим. Я в них продолжаю верить, и неважно, что сторонников левых идей пока не большинство.

Сегодня так, завтра будет по-другому. Мы просто делаем свою работу. А что из этого получится — время покажет.
