Aslan Nekhai was born in the village of Ponezhukai in Adygea. At the Kuban Agricultural Institute, he studied the engineer-builder and already in the late seventies began to work at the construction sites of the Kuban. At first he was an engineer, then the foreman, and in the end became the general director of the inter-color-shaped mobile mechanized column “Krasnodarskaya-1”. This is an old Soviet enterprise, which was created in the early eighties to help the development of rural infrastructure of the Non -Chernozem Zone of Russia. After the collapse of the USSR, Krasnodarskaya-1 moved to Krasnodar and, apparently, soon privatized it.

In one of these cases, the deputy Nekhai returned the debt only after the appeal of other members of the SRO to the Investigative Committee, but at the same time refused to pay the fine and interest for the use of borrowed money. In the case of a brother, it is not known whether the debt was returned and whether the costs were paid. But it is known that Gissa Nekhai in the past worked in the civil service. He headed the Adyghe state -owned state -owned company and in 2011 turned out to be a defendant in a criminal case of non -targeted spending of budget money and exceeding powers. The court found him guilty, but the punishment was not executed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

The conflict of interests led to the fact that the “Krasnodar builders” of the Nekhaev brothers did not re -elect to leading positions.
