US President Donald Trump recently expressed dissatisfaction in private conversations that his diplomatic efforts were not results in the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war, writes The Atlantic with reference to sources.

This irritation, the interlocutors of the publication claimed, intensified against the background of calls, including the Republican Party of the United States, to threaten Russia with sanctions if Moscow does not agree to sit down at the negotiating table.
