On August 29, the Grandmother's District Court of Moscow fined Alexander Manshin on protocols for demonstration of Nazi symbols (part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and “LGBT propaganda” (part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), drew the attention of Mediazona.

Nine protocols about Nazi symbols and two protocols on the “propaganda of LGBT” were drawn up to Manshin due to videos published on VKontakte by the user of “Sasha V-Trusakh-Schemno”-one protocol for each video.

So, Manshin was fined due to three short videos that depict the Ukrainian right-wing activist Artem Bonov (Dr. Bonov), who, as he himself claimed , served in the Azov battalion in 2014.

On the records, he says the phrases: “Pidor, just go fuck” ; “ They broke your ass, fucking, Kadyrovsky Oslobes or tear, if you behave like that” ; "Saw the dick and do not freak out, stinking fag." On Bonov’s forehead, a swastika tattoo is noticeable.

Also, as a demonstration of Nazi symbols, Manshina was charged with a video with a blogger Ilya Maddison (Ilya Davydov) 9 years ago.

On it, he takes off his T -shirt, a drawn swastika is visible on his chest, which the blogger calls the "birthday". After that, Maddison says: “Glory to the family, there is no freak” - and performs a Nazi greeting.

Another protocol on the Muscovite was drawn up because of the video in which the rapper Pasha Technician (Pavel Ivlev) makes exercises, and on his body different drawings are depicted, among which the police probably saw Nazi symbols.

In addition, the 8-minute anti-Nazi cartoon of Walt Disney’s studio “Fuhrer’s face” was charged with Manshina, in which Donald Duck wakes up in Hitler Germany and uses the Nazi greeting and phrase Heil Hitler when Hitler's portraits appear. In 1942, the animated short film received the Oscar.

The court and the police also saw a demonstration of Nazi symbols in two videos entitled “Bon dancing the Lezginka Zhi” and “You have to answer for the Internet” - on the latter, the unknown beats a man who calls himself “right”, and a runic symbol is filled on his hand - the Hammer of Thor (Milnir).

For each of the nine protocols about the Nazi symbol, Manshina was assigned a fine of 1,500 rubles, that is, for a total of 13.5 thousand rubles.

Two protocols on the “propaganda of LGBT” on a Muscovite were drawn up due to videos called “Reds and Anarho Skinheads are fighting with naturalists until complete victory” and “gay skins Gay Skinhead 88.” . For each of them, she was assigned a fine of 100 thousand rubles.

All 11 videos that were charged with Manshina, on August 20, were found by employees of the Center for Combating Extremism (CPE) of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the North-East District of Moscow. All 11 fines in one day were appointed by Judge Lyudmila Voronina.
