Malyaru from Cherepovets was given three years in colony for a commentary with an appeal to execute officials

The 1st Western District Military Court in St. Petersburg sentenced to three years a colony of general regime of the 43-year-old Malyar Dmitry Orlov from Cherepovets, found out the Mediazone.

The prosecutor requested Orlov for four years in colony.

As mitigating circumstances, the representative of the state prosecution called the contribution of the investigation, contributions to the charity fund and the state of health of the defendant.

The man was found guilty of justifying terrorism (part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) due to the comments that he left in the NOT TV telegram channel in November-December 2023.

“I'm from Russia too. I wish Putinism to fall shamefully, suffered the greatest losses in history, be disarmed and put to his knees, and then to everyone who remained, 24/7 365 days a year, show all the channels all the crimes of Putinism every day. To execute all the involved, as well as show it to Vata, so that the desire to attack someone has disappeared for 150 years, ”he wrote in one of them.

In another, Orlov called for the execution of all civil servants and their loved ones: “And the mass executions of all scum from United Russia, the Federation Council, State Duma, ministers, all television workers, deputies of all factions, lovers, grandchildren - all the enemies of the people are cleaned up! All palaces, villas, residences - for orphanages, hospitals, sanatoriums. All that was stolen is to the treasury! All fleets - for the needs of the city, for the purchase of firefighters, ambulances, snow -offs, to help agriculture, for the development of villages, ”the man wrote

Orlov was born in the Ukrainian village of Pristin in the Kharkov region, lived in Kherson. In 2021, he received Russian citizenship, while he also had Ukrainian.

The court read out his testimonies given at the investigation stage. He said that he was negatively reacted to the beginning of the war in Ukraine, where he had a 75-year-old mother, and was negatively configured to Russian policy, but then he changed his eyes and now supports it. He explained his comments with experiences about the death of his grandmother from a shell gap in the Kharkov region in 2023.

Also, according to Orlov, he was misled by telegram channels that created an incorrect agenda, but realized that they were posting fakes and we had to unsubscribe from them. The man assured that he negatively refers to the policy of Ukraine, which "breaks" "Putin's attempts to complete the conflict peacefully."

The man had a spinal injury and a concussion of the spinal cord, in 2010 he was performed by installing a titanium structure. Because of this, he experiences pain and cannot stand or sit for a long time, his lawyer explained.

In his testimony, he said that he worked in the Pochaevsky monastery in the Ternopol region, his mother lives there. In 2008 he worked as a male-alpineer in the Belgorod region. Two years later, he received his back injury and returned to the Kherson region, and in 2014 he moved to Cherepovets and settled down again.

In Cherepovets, he also participated in exhibitions, tried to sell paintings through online sites. On the site for artists several years ago, a man wrote that he wants to achieve world success, but forced to work as an industrial climber.
