On September 1, a ban on the placement of advertising on information resources, which are recognized in Russia “undesirable” or “extremist”, comes into force. As noted , first of all, the law will affect Instagram and Facebook (belong to META corporations recognized by an “extremist organization” and prohibited in Russia), and they will be punished both for the publication of new advertising and for the fault of the old.

Since September 1, all school and parental chats in Moscow schools plan to transfer to the Max messenger. The introduction from September 1 of the mandatory marking of calls from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will require the telecom operators of additional costs for the development and support of the infrastructure. For subscribers, this service will be free, and the organizations will have to pay operators for marking calls from them.

With an incoming call , the name of the company or IP or their commercial designation, the call category, depending on the main type of activity of the caller (for example, “Bank”, “Advertising”, “Real Estate”, “Communications services”) will be displayed on the Subscriber’s screen. The text of the message may contain up to 32 characters, including the numbers and letters of the Cyrillic or Latin alphabet.

The fight against the imposition of services

From September 1, a ban on imposing goods and services will enter into force. Now they are also forbidden to receive municipal support, enter into governing bodies of state corporations, and NPOs with foreign financing lose their socially oriented status. Bookstores will also affect the restrictions: if they sell books of foreign agents, they are losing the right to benefits and deliveries to schools and libraries.

Carchering verification

From September 1, car sharing users in Moscow will have to verify via mos.ru. A similar system operates in the capital for couriers and when renting electric scooters. Verification will determine the identity of the driver in the event of an accident or violation of traffic rules.

Tickets on the face

Also, on September 1, Russians will be able to buy tickets for long -distance trains, including high -speed, in biometrics.
