On September 4, Ched-Kholsky District Court of the Republic of Tuva fined the former deputy of the Chedle-Kholsky district of Renat Oyun for 5 thousand rubles. This was reported by the publication "Siberian Express". Oyun reported a fine in social networks.
He was charged with an article on participation in an inconsistent action, which entailed the creation of interference with the movement of transport (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for the protocol was the action of the inhabitants of the village of Saylyg in the same Cedi-Kholsky district.
On September 3, people were on duty on the bridge and stopped the equipment of the company Oina - the cars went to the gold mining section. The video from the scene was published by Renat Oun. Back in 2024, the residents of Sylyg also tried not to miss the company's equipment, fearing that due to gold mining, the Elegest River would shallow-the only source of water for the village.
Later, the police, representatives of Kozhuun (district), sumona (village council) and district prosecutor came to the place. They claimed that the equipment would go back. But instead, the protesters were detained. The technique continued the path.
The Tuvan journalist Almira Sendy claimed that "the actions of the inhabitants of the village of Saylyg were qualified as a violation of public order," and administrative protocols were drawn up on the rally organizers. "
On September 4, the court considered only the case of Renat Oyun. Another protocol against the ex-deputy under the same article was returned back to the police. The court indicated that the document was drawn up by "non -lawful persons."
As the ATS-Info found out, today another five people were also going to court: Sayan Khomushka, Andrei Mongush, Regina Sat, the world of Oyun and Sergey Kozlov. They are also charged with participation in the action that entailed the movement.
