*I will turn the calendar,
And again on September third ...*

I don’t know whether it is necessary to write about this a few days later. Now at all experiences do not live long. Any. And dates with anniversary. Life is easy. Even if it seems heavy. Life is easier to worry through memes. The literature was ceased to perceive through books, music through albums. The texts do not study beyond the headings. For cinema, the best format is Tik-Tok. The song of Shufutinsky would also not become “folk” if there were no date in the text that turned it into a meme. About the "calendar will turn over" and about "bonfires of Ryabin."
I treat Mikhail Shufutinsky calmly - not the worst of our chanson man. And I have the same to this song. Only for me on September 3 - definitely not a meme. And not a song. And not Shufutinsky. For me, September 3 is forever Beslan. Which I remember not only when the date is divided into five or ten and there seems to be a reason for sorrow on the occasion of the "anniversary" anniversary. Beslan is now 21 years old. Even those who were born in 2004 (and my child was born that year), graduated for a long time, and some of them have already had their own children. Children who have survived that tragedy are very adults. And if time does not heal at all, then he dulls grief, and indignation, and disappointment, and resentment. Moreover, in our time - the time of short formats and short memory.
But Beslan is one of those events that have determined our present life. They described it as ruthlessly as Nord-Ost or Kursk. Apparently, too ruthlessly, to be remembered. President Putin came to Beslan on September 4, 2004, and then - suddenly - in August of the past. It seems that it was impossible not to come at all, and to come exactly on the anniversary ... it is uncomfortable. We are all uncomfortable for us. And then we will begin to worry, ask questions ... guessing about answers and experiencing even greater discomfort from this.
I am far from the idea that someone specifically arranged “counter-testing” and came up with a thought of killing the Beslan tragedy of Mikhail Shufutinsky’s memegodny songs. But she was sung to them for the first time back in 1993. And she was just one of the many in the singer’s repertoire until 2011, when suddenly it turned into a meme, which is excessive, and the further, the more. In this deliberate enthusiasm, a cheerful warm-up that begins in social networks almost from September 1, there is something strange for me. As if we are, if not on purpose, then subconsciously we are trying to supplant one episode very unpleasant for us from memory and psychologically seized on this song, for the calendar and mountain ash.
In this plot, there are also very elaborate turns. The Russian national football team was held by a friendly match with Jordan. We have no official games since February 2022, and sports are the only area where the sanctions were one hundred percent painful. Therefore, even friendly games have become important and collect full stands. They played on Thursday evening, that is, when it came to the end of September 4.
But the Russian football union called Shufutinsky. So he sang about September 3. The fourth in the evening sang about the third. It looked already a complete nonsense.
Or, as my reader wrote to me in Telegram, “just invite Shufutinsky to sing about the third of September on September for September, the RFU did not have enough money ...”
RFU has money. There is nothing else. This was different unexpectedly found in the Mediata. A football project, which is just on hype, memes and scandals and is kept in many ways. But the participants of the Medialgia found the time and the opportunity to come on September 3 to the monument to the victims of Beslan in Moscow. They were alive and memory and feelings. The Russian national football team did not find time, and the RFU did not remember. Not a minute of silence, no other symbolic gesture. Yes, they played with the Jordan not a day a day. But Shufutinsky is not a day a day, but sang.
However, all who is not lazy taught us the right sorrow, and I do not want to embed in these ranks, trying on a white coat. Everyone himself chooses what to remember what to note and what to leave aside. But I will draw your attention and one more fact.
I read that in Italy eight streets or squares are called in memory of the children of Beslan, and in Russia there are only one. In Ossetia, there are a lot of memorials, of course, but it seems that the tragedy of the Beslan school was gradually transferred to the category of regional events.
In general, it would be better if all this became just the memory of those families that lost loved ones. Moreover, two decades after Beslan, there were no tragic stories. And right now we are observing a colossal tragedy, when people are dying every day, and this has been going on for the fourth year.
But we now distant, screen from trouble, look in the other direction and try to think about something else. And they are ready to listen to at least September 3, Shufutinsky, at least anything else. We are afraid of memories. We are afraid of questions. More precisely, we are afraid of answers to these questions. Because the correct answers encourage action. Which we are not ready for.
