On September 5, after a long illness, Elena Lipzer, a well -known Moscow lawyer, friend of Novaya Gazeta, died. Lena was only 58 years old, and recently she was especially difficult for her: her son, lawyer Alexei Lipzer was in prison, and she really wanted to wait for him.
Alexey was convicted for five years as a lawyer who defended Alexei Navalny (though very short time), and defended him before the policy was recognized as an “extremist”.
Alexei Lipzer learned about his mother’s death in the Vladimir pre -trial detention center, where he expects an appeal. And, of course, he really wants to say goodbye to the most expensive person.
We ask you about mercy, we ask you to contribute to Alexei Liptser released to the farewell ceremony, which will be held on September 11 in the ritual hall of the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery at 13 o’clock.
We turn to Tatyana Nikolaevna Moskalkova, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, because, according to Russian law, every citizen of Russia, even convicted, has an exclusive right to farewell to his dead relatives.
We turn to Sergey Konstantinovich Shishkin, the chairman of the Vladimir Regional Court, it is in this court that the appeal for the sentence to Alexei Lipzer is considered. The defense of Alexei Lipzer has already filed a petition to the Vladimir Regional Court.
We ask for mercy: help your son say goodbye to your mother!
