While the doctors fought for the life of Kirk, various political forces have already used the attempt as an occasion to promote their agenda. Donald Trump and Republicans accused the “Left Radicals” attacks, and Russian propagandists associated the incident with the anti -Ukrainian statements of Kirk. The New Gazeta Europe tells about the star of the American law -conservative movement, which built a career on inciting hatred for different social groups, assured that the death of jokes is the price that it was worth paying for the right to carry weapons free; And in the end he himself died from a bullet.
On September 10, at the University of Utah Valley University, there were debates organized by TPUSA - an American non -profit organization promoting a conservative agenda in schools, colleges and universities. The format is very simple: any student can approach the 31-year-old Charlie Kirk to enter into an open discussion with him. These meetings are called "Prove that I'm wrong."
In American right -wing people, this format as a whole is popular: various well -known conservatives argue with students who are not always able to argue their position. As a result, videos, where the “stars” effectively “devote” the interlocutors-studants, quickly diverge through social networks and become viral. For example, Charlie Kirk himself laid them out with headlines “Charlie Kirk destroyed the student’s argument about the privileges of the White” or “the ignorant student of the liberal received a lesson from Charlie Kirk” .
The performance in Utah was to be only one of the many events of Kirk as part of a university tour. Only twenty minutes have passed since the beginning. Charlie was sitting under an awning in a T -shirt with the inscription “Freedom” ( “Freedom” ), hundreds of students gathered around him. One of them asked how many jokes in the United States were made by transgender people. Kirk replied: “There are too many” ( in fact from 2013 to 2025, only five out of 5729 jokes were committed by transgender people, this is 0.087% of all such incidents. - Approx. Aut. ).
A clarifying question was heard from the crowd: “How much?”, To which Charlie retorted: “Toward the same with those that they committed criminal groups, or without them?” He lowered the microphone, and at that moment the bullet hit his neck.
Kirka was taken to an ambulance, and two hours later Trump wrote on his social network Truth Social that the activist died:
“The great and even legendary Charlie Kirk died. No one understood the youth of the United States and did not empathize with her more than Charlie. Everyone was loved and appreciated, especially me, and now he is no longer with us. Melania and I express the deepest condolences to his family and beautiful wife Eric. Charlie, we love you! "
Following Trump announced that in honor of the “really great American patriot” Charlie Kirk, all flags in the country would be seen.

The political "career" of Charlie Kirka began very early. At the age of 16, he published an angry column in the right -winging publication Breitbart News , where he claimed that schoolchildren are subjected to ideological processing, as teachers “impose” them with liberal views. After that he was called to the Fox Business channel.
At one of his speeches in the framework of the “Day of expanding the rights and capabilities of youth” at the University of Benedictine, Kirk met Bill Montgomery-a pensioner and a supporter of the “ Tea Party Movement” movement-this is a conservative social and political movement that arose in the USA in 2009 against the backdrop of the policy of the Barack Obama Barack. Aut . It was Montgomery who convinced the 17-year-old activist to seriously engage in politics. Soon, Kirk founded Turning Point USA (TPUSA) - a lower organization that was supposed to compete with liberal initiatives. At the National Congress of the Republican Party in 2012, he met with the major sponsor of the Republicans Foster Frice and managed to enlist his support for his project.
Then Kirk turned into one of Trump's most devoted supporters. Already in 2016, he supported his presidential campaign, and after the first inauguration, he said , he regularly appeared in the White House, including participating in the discussion of key personnel appointments. In anticipation of the elections of the 2024th, Kirk went to a large-scale tour of university campuses entitled "Brains are washed for you."
On January 20, 2025, the second inauguration of Trump was held in the Rotont of the Capitol in Washington. The number of places for the audience was very limited, and the general director of META Marc Tsuckerberg, the head of Google Sundar Pichai, the director of Tesla Ilon Musk, the founder of Amazon Jeff Bezos, the journalist Tucker Carlson, the Podkaster Joe Rogan, the Mediamagnat Rupert Merdok and ... 31-year-old activist Charlie Kirk, were sitting on the best of them. For comparison:
Congress members sat great behind him. This detail immediately caused an active discussion in social networks: the Americans were indignant that Kirk had such a privileged position.
In response to this, the senator from Indiana Jim Banks wrote in X what Charlie did to approach this moment, that is, Trump's inauguration, more than the whole congress combined.
Kirk’s contribution to Trump’s victory was really significant. He is one of the most influential conservative activists on the Internet: he has 7.7 million subscribers on Instagram, 7.3 million in Tiktok, 5.4 million in X and 3.9 million on YouTube. A year ago, Charlie took part in the Surrounded show-“surrounded” on the Jubilee YouTube channel. In this format, 25 liberal students argued with him at once in his four positions: “Abortion is murder”, “Higher education in the USA is a deception”, “Transzhenya is not women” and “Kamala Harris did not deserve to participate in the presidential race.” The video scored a record for the channel 31 million views.
Kirk used all his media sites to promote Donald Trump. His content was popular among young men and could persuade some of them to vote for a candidate from the Republicans in the last election. All this made Kirka a man close to the president and his family: according to CNN , Trump perceived him almost as a relative. Charlie’s connection with Jay Di Wans was also cramped: the journalists wrote that it was Kirk who convinced Trump to appoint him to the post of vice president.
Thanks to all this organization, Kirk - the non -profit Turning Point USA and the political Turning Point Action - became financially successful. To this, income from his podcast, numerous public performances and books, including the bestseller of 2020, “Doctrine Maga”, were added to this. As a result, he turned not only into a noticeable political activist, but also into a millionaire. His fortune is estimated at $ 12 million.
This year, Charlie Kirk became the object of a parody of the cult satirical animated series "South Park". The authors ridiculed his manner of leading the debate and hinted at the insincerity of his positions. Kirk himself was not offended, but on the contrary, he temporarily changed the avatar in X to a frame from an episode with his cartoon “double” named Master Debater ( consonant with Masturbator . - Approx. Aut. ).

In early July, in Greipvain, Texas, the 10th annual summit of young women leaders organized by TPUSA was held. Thousands of young participants listened to the speeches of famous conservative speakers for three days. From the stage they were convinced to abandon feminism “in favor of femininity” and forget about career ambitions. Charlie Kirk and his wife Erica repeated: forget about education, look for a husband and give birth to children. Against the backdrop of these speeches, it looked especially paradoxical that the speakers at this summit were successful careers. The 15-year-old participant even indicated Kirk to this discrepancy, but he only replied: “Those who made a career tell you to give birth. Maybe they know something that you do not know. ” And he added that the career "makes life empty."
These are just one of the few examples of how Kirk and his organizations promoted conservative values among young people. His set of views included the open criticism of LGBT, he called homosexuality sin, and transgender people "abominations".
Kirk held an anti -immigrant position, opposing both illegal and legal migration. The activist claimed that visitors “take the jobs from the Americans”, undermine the country's sovereignty and threaten its cultural identity.
Moreover, he supported the right conspiracy theory of “great replacement”, according to which non -blessed migrants allegedly gradually displace the “white American population” and change the cultural code of the United States.
Kirk more than once allowed himself anti -Semitic statements. He stated that "Jews financed the ideas of cultural Marxism" and that "anti -Bellar sentiments were largely funded by Jews." These words caused a sharp reaction, even conservatives accused him of spreading anti -Semitic cliches. Nevertheless, the Israeli media call Kirka a friend of their country for public support from the Benjamin Netanyahu government and the actions of the Israeli army in the gas sector.
The attacks on Muslims and Islam also occupied an important place in his public rhetoric. “A Muslim socialist can become the mayor of New York. Muslims want to bring values to the West, destabilizing our civilization, ”he said about the candidate for the mayor of New York Zhokhran Mamdani. Kirk claimed that Islam as such is incompatible with the "Western world."
His position on abortion was no less radical: he called them a murder and advocated a complete ban, including cases of rape, insisting that even in such a situation the “killing of a child” cannot be justified. At the Jubilee show, Kirka was asked what he would do if his 10-year-old daughter became pregnant as a result of rape. “Yes, the child will be born,” Charlie answered instantly. Kirk has a young daughter.
And to everything else, Charlie was a convinced supporter of the free wearing of weapons. At one of the Turning Point USA events, he directly stated that mass killings using a firearm are part of the American reality and the inevitable price that is worth paying for the right to carry weapons. He said this just a week after the tragedy at the school in Nashville on March 27, 2023, when three children and three adults died as a result of jokes.

All the living former US presidents reacted to the death of Kirk.
“We do not yet know what moved a person who shot Charlie Kirk, but such a disgusting violence has no place in our democracy. Tonight, Michelle and I will pray for Charlie's family, especially for his wife Eric and their two small children, ” wrote former President Barack Obama, whom Charlie Kirk actively criticized during his lifetime.
“In our country there is no place for such violence. It should stop - and stop immediately. Jill and I pray for our family and close to Charlie Kirk, ” said Joe Bayden.
“I am sad and outraged by the murder of Charlie Kirk. I hope that we will all conduct serious introspection and double the efforts to conduct ardent, but peaceful discussions. Hillary and I pray for Eric, their two young children and the whole family, ”Bill Clinton wrote in X.
“Today, the young man was calmly killed during the expression of his political views. This happened in a university campus, where an open exchange of opposite ideas should be inviolable. Violence and sarcasm should be expelled from public space.
Members of other political parties are not our enemies, they are our fellow citizens. God bless the god Charlie Kirk and his family, and may God direct America to civilization ”,
-wrote on Facebook George Bush Jr..
Candidate for the mayors of New York Zaran Mamdani, one of the main objects of Kirk’s attacks, alsostated that he had been shocked by what had happened. According to him, there is no place for political violence in the United States.
The current president Donald Trump released a video message about the death of Kirk, where he called him a “martyr” who died for the United States. He accused the “left radicals” of the murder of the activist, despite the fact that the shooter was still not found.
“Political violence from the left radicals claimed a lot of lives,” Trump said. But just a couple of months before, in June, in the Minnesot, two deputies of the Legislative Assembly were shot by 57-year-old Luther Bolter-a conservative, an abortion enemy and a registered member of the Republican Party. But even then Trump said that the attacker was a “leftist”.
Even former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev spoke about the murder of Charlie Kirk. On the social network X, he hinted that the attack could be due to the fact that Kirk opposes the support of Ukraine:
“Political crimes and murders have recently committed various left -time discharge that support Bandera Kyiv. Fit ( Prime Minister of Slovakia, on whom they attempted in May 2024.- Approx. Aut. ), Kirk. Who is next? Maybe it's time for the Maga team to understand that, supporting Ukraine, they support the killers. ”
On September 8, a comic article was published on the Jezebel Fem Site, where the author says that with the help of witches cursed Charlie Kirk for his feminine statements. One of the last posts of the activist was just a reaction to this. He quoted a verse from the Bible: "Mikhail Archangel, when he spoke with the devil, arguing about the Moses body, did not dare to pronounce a reproachful court, but said: may the Lord forbid you."
At the time of publication of the material, the killer Charlie Kirk was not found. The FBI said they were looking for him.
