The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation updated the register of “foreign agents”, including four people and one project.
The list got:
- journalist, deputy chief editor Agentura.ru Irina Borogan;
- writer, director, screenwriter Eduard Topol (emigrated from the USSR in 1978, now lives in Israel);
- journalist and blogger Sergey Kuropov;
- activist and feminist from Kostroma Irina Shumilova;
- The satyric Uytube project "Blurry Russian".
Among other things, the Ministry of Justice accuses the new defendants in the register of “foreign agents” of that they disseminate inaccurate information about the decisions and politics of the Russian authorities, and also opposed the invasion of the Russian Federation for Ukraine.
