The Tribute voluntary donations service, working in a telegram, demanded that the Russian emigrant media “Volna” delete or rewrite publications with LGBT Flags and Svastatika. This was reported in the editorial office itself.

According to the Wave, this month Tribute refused to translate the donations of readers. After that, the management turned to support the service.

There, from the “wave” they asked to remove or edit several posts in which Emodsi with a LGBT flag were used, as well as a publication about a picketer in Klaipeda, who compared the Litera Z with the swastika.

“There are no prohibitions on the LGBT symbolic and symbols related to political forces in the service, if it is used in the news, and not for propaganda,” the publication noted.

The Wave receives funds from 208 regular subscribers, half of which are sacrificed through telegrams. “This is a serious blow for us, but the creators of the“ waves ”are unanimous. Our team was not forced to leave Russia and Belarus to obey the meaningless censorship requirements, ”the editorial office added.

Tribute uses telegram infrastructure, but at the same time remains a separate company registered in Cyprus. As the journalist-investigator Andrei Zakharov notes , the owner of the service is Dmitry Yeremeyev, an entrepreneur from Kazan and an old friend of the founder of Telegram Pavel Durov.

In addition to Tribute, Yeremeyev, together with the former director of VKontakte, Andrei Rogozov and the investment fund of the former managing director of Mail.ru Group, Alexander Tamas, owns the Wallet cryptocoller built -in Telegram, the journalist claims. Earlier, the service has already blocked the accumulations of Russian activists entered in the register of extremists and terrorists of Rosfinmonitoring.

“On the one hand, Tribute allows you to take rubles as donates, on the other hand, I have to observe Russian laws in order to adopt the same rubles. If the pressure or domestic policy of the service itself will become tougher, then soon foreign agents and other enemies of the people will not be able to use it, ”writes Zakharov.
