
Correctional colony No. 17 of Krasnoyarsk was disconnected from the service of electronic letters for prisoners Zonatelekom, journalist Ivan Safronov said. His letter is given by a support group.
“It turned out that in our communication, a forced break came again: it so happened that our colony was disconnected from the Zonatelekom service, with which we could correspond without looking at a distance. The reasons are not fully understood, but I believe that some alternative will still appear, ”wrote Safonov.

"The reception and processing of letters is suspended by decision of the GUFSIN of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory."
