The 1st Western District Military Court began to consider the case of a 73-year-old pensioner from St. Petersburg Nina Akimova, who was accused of calls for terrorism on the Internet (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), Mediazona reports .
The reason for the persecution was two comments under the post that appeared in August 2019 in the public “Russia everywhere where there are Russians”. The publication had a video of the detentions of protesters at rallies in Moscow.
In response to the approving commentary of the other user Akimova wrote:
“Look, as if you yourself will not be able to come from anger! It is necessary to crush the Kremlino - the Jewish gang washing Russia from the face of the earth !!! ”;
“To turn the Soviet Union into such shit, the laughingshop of the whole world, then we will not let them leave, we will strangle it like rats !!!”.
The case against a pensioner was opened after the statement of her former leader, the head of the medical service at the Military Institute of Physical Culture of Roman Sarvadia, notes the Mediazone.
According to Akimova, he turned to the FSB due to their conflict. Previously, she wrote complaints to the prosecutor's office with a request to check the work of the medical service. As a result of one of the checks, there were violations.
Initially, the pensioner fully pleaded guilty, but in court she changed the position for partial guilty admission. She said that at first "not very aware of her actions."
“I admit myself guilty of that I was negatively and incorrectly expressed. But I didn’t put any sense, I just expressed my opinion, ”she said in court. Akimova added that under the “Kremlin-Zhidovsky gang” she had in mind the ex-head of “Rusnano” Anatoly Chubais and businessman Roman Abramovich, and by the word “crushing” meant to “fight”.
After the detention of Akimova, they did not choose a preventive measure. While the investigation was going on, she donated several thousand rubles for “help to the participants of her”.
In February, the pensioner was fined in an administrative case on the initiation of hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol was drawn up due to several comments, in one of which she wrote "to strangle you reptiles-Putinoids !!!". The author of the examination found in her comments “signs of humiliation of the dignity of persons allocated on the basis of their commitment to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin”. Then Akimova in court said that she published comments so that "the existing power knew the opinion of the people about some shortcomings."
Akimova worked as a therapist for more than 40 years. In 2022, she retired.
