The Reutovsky City Court arrested the musician and punk performer Vladimir Bolobolov in the case of storing the explosive device (part 1 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code), his lawyer Oscar Cherdzhiev said.

At the meeting, Cherdzhiev said that at the end of August Bolobolov was kidnapped and held for three days in a basement with a bag on his head, where some device was thrown into his hands-probably the very one that was later declared an “explosive found during a search”. When Bolobolov went to the hospital to fix traces of torture, he was detained at the exit and sent for administrative arrest for 15 days. After this period, he was again detained - already in a criminal case.

At the meeting, Bolobolov said that he considered himself innocent and asked him to choose a softer preventive measure, noting that he did not intend to hide. The investigator and the prosecutor insisted on detention, and the court supported them.
