The court ignored the arguments of the defense and refused to take into account the health status of the prisoner Maria Bonzler

According to the “New” Kaliningrad journalist Konstantin Rozhkov, on September 22, the Leningrad District Court of the city extended the term of detention of lawyer Maria Bontsler. This time she was taken to the meeting personally.

At the insistence of the prosecutor, the process was closed, but before his beginning, the son of Maria and her friends managed to talk to her. The woman held on with an amusing cheerfulness, but she lost a lot of weight and was noticeably exhausted.

Lawyer Ilya Sidorov from the Center for International Protection filed a request for a call to the court of doctors of a civil hospital in which Bonzler was hospitalized in August. He pointed out the presence of a disease that eliminates the content of detention (“hypertension of the 3rd degree of 3rd stage, the risk of 4 is the highest”, and several crises that his client experienced in jail, and she was not provided with medical care.

Therapy with the help of pills that the sons of Bonzler convey in the pre -trial detention center, due to bureaucratic wires, is also irregular.

However, these arguments did not convince Judge Anastasia Perezhanskaya, who refused to change the preventive measure of Bonzler to not related to deprivation of liberty. What is then the meaning in the officially approved list of diseases that prevent the content in custody, if it is still not used?!

Meanwhile, lawyer Roman Morozov, who, together with Bonzler, defended the political prisoner Igor Baryshnikov, continues to avoid the detention and removal of his electronic media during the “inspection of the premises” that the FSB bodies simultaneously with the detention of Maria at the end of May.

The crafty “inspection” is not much different from the search, but can be carried out before the criminal case is initiated, and in essence, and for it, on the basis of objects and materials found during the inspection. In Morozov presented by the Documents, not only Article 275.1 of the Criminal Code (confidential cooperation with a foreign state, organization), but also article 275 (state treason) appeared. Judging by the fact that as a result of Bonzler, only article 275.1 is presented, nothing criminal on electronic media seized from Morozov was found. Nevertheless, from the correspondence with the court and the “law enforcement” bodies, he cannot even find out where they are currently stored.
