In Vladivostok, the deputy chairman of the Primorsky “Yabloko” Marina Zheleznyakova is judged for a post in a telegram, published in 2021 on Victory Day. In this appeal to like-minded people, she accused the “communist, totalitarian regime” of the events of 85 years ago. Thus, Zheleznyakova, as stated in the indictment, committed a "crime of moderate gravity against the world and the security of mankind."

The post in the TG channel “Marina Zheleznyakova Apple” (now it is called the “Primorsky Apple”, in it at the time of writing this note is 107 subscribers; and the publication watched 354 users) Zheleznyakova personally placed on May 9, 2021, she does not argue with this. The text has already been deleted, but sent messages have been preserved.

The security forces drew attention to the post almost three years later, as much as April 24, 2024. Zheleznyakova herself at interrogations explained that the difference between the “communist regime” and “USSR” and even the “leadership of the USSR” is important to her, because, we quote the interrogation protocols, “the Communist Party imposed its decisions to the country's leadership. At that moment in time, the party was the only one, and none of the citizens of the USSR could express their position contrary to the position of the Communist Party. ” And therefore, the Soviet Union, according to her, did not blame her.

Moreover, Zheleznyakova, as stated in the protocol of interrogation, accused the regime "of numerous victims that were from 1937 to 1953." That is, from the beginning of large -scale repression and up to the death of Stalin. From the post, it is also not very clear what exactly is being discussed - about the Second Worlded or World War II. Marina Zheleznyakova herself explained that the publication was made "against the backdrop of deep experiences for numerous victims of the two wars, since the Second World War was the cause of the Great Patriotic War."

It is interesting that one of the witnesses of the prosecution is E. Belyavskaya, who was 17 years old in 2021. She saw this post in the TG channel of the Primorsky Yabloko, and he seemed to the girl “unacceptable” and distorting historical facts. The girl in an interview with the investigator reasoned that “the countries of Western Europe are actively attempted to change history, since on the Internet she met sociological surveys, from which it followed that citizens in Western countries believe that it was they who made a key contribution to the victory in World War II.” An employee of the Vladivostok State University Alexei Illarionov was also attracted as a witness, who for a long time spoke for a long time about the pre -war situation in the world arena and summed up: there is not a single document that would convict the USSR in preparing the war against Poland or Germany.

The experts attracted by the prosecution claimed that there were linguistic and psychological signs that Zheleznyakova’s publication contains information about the actions of the USSR leadership during the Second World War, designed to form a negative attitude towards them.

Witnesses of the prosecution also stated in court: in the post we are talking about the USSR, although the publication does not even mention a particular state (they just understood that). And the difference between the expression “communist, totalitarian regime” and “USSR” is difficult to determine.

Marina Zheleznyakova is known in Primorye as the bright face of the “apple”. Her houses were searched, including those related to rallies in which she did not even participate. During these searches, the security forces, according to her, were beaten by Marina's husband.

The next court hearing will be held on September 26. The case is considered under the chairmanship of the judge Pavel Vetokhin with the participation of the jury.
