The gasoline crisis reached Moscow and the Leningrad region: the sale of fuel at gas stations is limited

The gas station began to limit the volume of gasoline sales in some regions in Russia, Izvestia write with reference to market participants.

So, in Moscow, the suburbs, the Leningrad region and other regions, Lukoil, at separate gas stations, forbade the sale of gasoline in cans. Some networks limited the leave of gasoline in 10-20 liters per visitor or only a diesel engine is temporarily sold, said Pavel Bazhenov, president of the independent fuel union. Market participants indicated delays in fuel shipments from oil refineries.

Interruptions with fuel at gas stations were confirmed by the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin, connecting them "as a whole with the fuel supply chains in the macro -region."

In the Leningrad region, many owners of gas stations decided to temporarily close the gas stations due to the high cost of fuel: they hope that the price will decrease and they will be able to purchase the goods at a lower cost again. The cost of gasoline on the St. Petersburg Exchange beats records: in early September, it reached the maximum 82.3 thousand rubles per ton. By September 23, quotes decreased to 78.2 thousand rubles.

The gasoline deficiency in Russia in September has become an acute problem for the regions. In the Primorsky Territory they reported about kilometer lines at the gas station, and in Transbaikalia they began to sell fuel on coupons. In the Kurilsky district of the Sakhalin Region, AI-92 gasoline was completely suspended.

In recent months, oil refineries in the Russian Federation are subjected to systematic attacks of drones. And urgent and planned repairs of the refinery are difficult due to sanctions and problems with the supply of parts, the Russian authorities admitted .
