Instagram launched Rings, its own award for creators

The photo and video publishing platform Instagram has announced that it is launching its own award, which will honor the top 25 creators, The Hollywood Reporter reports.

The winners will represent a variety of topics and content categories, from fashion and makeup to sports and entertainment.

Award winners will receive physical rings designed by English fashion designer Grace Wales Bonner, and their profiles will feature gold rings around their profile picture and stories.

The winners will be announced in 2026, according to the Instagram blog.
