President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that in Russia, due to long-range strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a significant shortage of gasoline has arisen. He said this in his address on October 8.
“According to our data, the fuel shortage in Russia is already approaching 20% - this applies to gasoline. They are already using reserves of diesel fuel, which they kept for a rainy day,” Zelensky said.
Putin was offered many times to end the war or at least cease fire. He rejected all proposals - our proposals, American proposals. That is why it is quite fair that Russia should feel the full cost of the war.
The President of Ukraine added that “our long-range strikes have become more accurate.”
