Patrushev received 26.5% in the company on October 14. Previously, this share belonged to Yulia Tikhomirova, the daughter of General Mikhail Shekin, who heads the FSB support service. Now Tikhomirova still has 20.5% of the company.

Another 26.5% of Taelsa, like Patrushev, is owned by the companies Muflon and Okhotnik. The first belongs to the head of VTB Andrey Kostin , and the second to Alexey Titov, the son of the chairman of the public council under the FSB and Kostin’s adviser Vasily Titov .
Taels itself controls the Los forestry and hunting enterprise in the Yaroslavl region. Until 2009, Los was a federal state unitary enterprise of the FSB, but then it was transformed into a joint-stock company, and in 2014 it was transferred to private owners, under what conditions is unknown.
The forestry and hunting grounds are located next to the protected area of the Pleshcheyevo Lake National Park. According to the decree of the governor of the Yaroslavl region, JSC Los has a long-term lease on an area of 112,270 hectares.
Andrei Patrushev is the youngest son of former FSB director and current presidential adviser Nikolai Patrushev. He graduated from the FSB Academy and worked in the intelligence service for three years, after which he became an adviser to the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin. Since 2013, Patrushev has worked as a top manager at Gazprom, and in 2019 he became one of the company’s general contractors. “Layout” told how a company associated with him bought two business jets at the beginning of 2025 for a total cost of more than $30 million.
Yulia Tikhomirova is the daughter of FSB General Mikhail Shekin and the older sister of Anastasia Zadorina, founder of the Zasport brand. From 2017 to 2025, Zasport was the official outfitter of the Russian Olympic team. Zadorina herself is married to Vladimir Putin’s former son-in-law, Kirill Shamalov.
