The Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg sent drummer Vladislav Leontyev under arrest for 12 days, a Mediazona correspondent reported * . He was again charged with organizing a mass gathering of people in a public place. According to the first protocol, Leontyev spent 13 days under arrest.

At today's meeting on the protocol regarding Leontyev, the defense insisted that at the time specified in the protocol - from 18:23 to 18:40 on September 26 - the young man did not participate in the concert, he played in another place.

“Stoptime” did not hold concerts on September 26, as indicated in the protocol, they performed on the 27th, while the police themselves who drew up the protocol referred to a post in the telegram channel of the publication “Bumaga” * with a recording of the performance, which was also published on September 27.

Three musicians of the Stoptime group - singer Diana Loginova (Naoko), guitarist Alexander Orlov and drummer Vladislav Leontyev - were detained for the first time on October 15. The next day, all three were placed under administrative arrest under protocols for organizing a mass gathering of people. Naoko and Leontyev were given 13 days each, Orlov - 12.

On October 28, the singer was fined 30 thousand rubles under the article on “discrediting” the army. On October 29, Loginova and Orlov were sentenced to 13 days of arrest for organizing a mass gathering of people; Loginova was also sentenced to 13 days of arrest for “petty hooliganism.” Naoko's terms will be calculated simultaneously, rather than one after the other.
