Students and parents of the St. Petersburg music school named after Rimsky-Korsakov received a newsletter from the administration of the educational institution warning about possible liability for violations in the public performance of songs and music, including works created by “foreign agents.”

The letter was signed by the school’s deputy director for social protection, Diana Golokolosova. It also refers to the use of “obscene language,” “desecration of symbols of military glory,” and the distribution of “foreign agent: ok” materials without appropriate labeling.

The vocalist of the St. Petersburg street group “Stoptime” Diana “Naoko” Loginova, who was recently arrested again for 13 days for singing “foreign agents: ok” songs, studies at this school. The band's guitarist, Alexander Orlov, was also arrested for 13 days for organizing “mass simultaneous stay of citizens.”

It became known that Stoptime drummer Vladislav Leontiev was given another 12 days. The eighteen-year-old musician was accused of organizing a “mass gathering of people in a public place.” The reason for the protocol was a street concert on Sennaya Square, which the group allegedly held on September 26, 2025.

At the same time, Stoptime did not give concerts that day, and Leontiev performed as part of another group on Griboedov’s channel.
