The Russian Ministry of Justice declared actionist Pavel Krisevich, political scientist Margarita Zavadskaya and historian Alexei Uvarov “foreign agents”

The Russian Ministry of Justice has updated the register of “foreign agents” to include action artist Pavel Krisevich and political scientist Margarita Zavadskaya.

In addition, the following were declared “foreign agents”:

• former coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters in Chelyabinsk and founder of the anti-war project “Chelyabinsk of the Future” Boris Zolotarevsky,
• journalist Alexander Pichugin,
• historian Alexey Uvarov,
• political scientist Georgy Chizhov,
• project "Dash"
• forum of free culture "SlovoNovo".

The agency accused them of participating in the creation and dissemination of materials by “foreign agents” and disseminating “unreliable information” about the decisions and policies of the Russian authorities. Some new people on the register were also charged with living outside the Russian Federation and taking an anti-war position.
