Updated . The Leninsky Court of St. Petersburg imposed another 13 days of administrative arrest on the singer of the street group “Stoptime” Diana “Naoko” Loginova on charges of organizing “mass movement of citizens” (Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code), Mediazona reports.
The Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced the guitarist of the Stoptime street band Alexander Orlov to 13 days of arrest on charges of organizing a mass gathering of citizens (Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code), writes Mediazona.
The reason for drawing up the administrative protocol was the Stoptime concert on September 27 in the Sennaya Ploshchad metro area in St. Petersburg.
A similar case is being considered in the Leninsky Court against the singer “Stoptime” Diana “Naoko” Loginova.
Loginova and Orlov have already spent almost a month under administrative arrest.
