A Turkish C-130 military transport aircraft en route from Azerbaijan crashed on the Georgian-Azerbaijani border. This was reported by the Turkish Ministry of Defense.
According to the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the plane crashed in the municipality of Sighnaghi, approximately five kilometers from the state border.
There were 20 people on board the plane, including crew members, Anadolu Agency writes .
The authorities of the three countries are jointly conducting search and rescue operations.
There has been no information yet about the consequences and causes of the crash.
