Larisa Dolina said that she would return the money to Polina Lurie, the buyer of the apartment that the singer sold due to the actions of scammers. Dolina spoke about this decision in the “Let Them Talk” program on Channel One.

Valley said that Lurie was not to blame for the fact that the singer was deceived by scammers. “I decided to return her money for the apartment. I want to be honest with myself first of all. This is the only way out and the only fair solution,” she said on Channel One.

According to Dolina, it will be difficult because she does not have this money. “But I will do everything possible to return this money to Polina Lurie in full,” the singer said.

Earlier, Channel One published an excerpt from an interview with Dolina, in which she explained why she had not yet commented on the apartment scandal. The singer said that at first she was “in shock” and then could not comment due to a non-disclosure agreement.

In turn, Lurie’s lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said that Dolina had already offered to return the money for the apartment, but in installments over several years and without taking into account inflation. The proposal for a settlement came from the singer after Lurie appealed to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to challenge the court's decision on the issue of ownership of the apartment. Lurie did not agree to Dolina’s terms.

Sviridenko later reported that Lurie would make a final decision and consider the possible terms of the agreement by December 8. “We are waiting for today’s broadcast on television, for now we ask not to disturb us,” the lawyer added.

• Larisa Dolina became a victim of scammers in the spring of 2024. The criminals introduced themselves as law enforcement officers and convinced the singer that they wanted to steal her money. They got Dolina to transfer her savings to “safe accounts” and sell an apartment in the center of Moscow for 112 million rubles.
• The buyer of the apartment was 34-year-old single mother Polina Lurie, who did not suspect anything about the scam. As a result, the court returned the apartment to Dolina, and also ruled that she should not return the money to the buyer, who was ultimately left without real estate and without money. Lurie decided to challenge the decision in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
